Process
Interviews, feature comparison and prototyping.
A prototype was made based on the vision and goals of the organization and a feature comparison of websites of other charity organizations. The prototype was presented to the board to gain insight into the board members needs and expectations. Follow -up interviews were conducted to collect data on how the solution would be perceived and used.
Results
The board accepted the added features of more visible and direct payment options e.g. Vipps -payment, Newsletter sign -up, and a static image for the landing page. The work will continue with implementing the changes. Read the full report here.
